Meet Chandler
Certified aesthetician and acne specialist Chandler Jensen understands the impact of visible skin concerns because she's experienced them herself. From a young age, she struggled with acne-prone skin and knows how deeply it can affect confidence and mental well-being. After years of searching for answers and finding a skincare approach that truly worked, Chandler became passionate about helping others achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized education and effective treatments.
Chandler has successfully owned and operated med spas in Tennessee, Texas, and Iowa. She's excited to bring her expertise to the community she now proudly calls home through her fiancé's roots, building on the relationships and values that have long been a part of his hometown. Her mission is simple: to help every client feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin.

Developed by our founder and certified acne specialist, Chandler, the Clear Skin Program is your first step toward the skin of your dreams. The Clear Skin Program was designed to treat any level of acne and pigmentation concerns. Together, we’ll formulate a plan that feels accessible and produces lasting results that will ensure you fall in love with your skin.

Yes, we offer gift certificates for purchase at the spa to cover all your gifting needs.

We recommend you come dressed in comfortable clothes. We'll provide a body wrap for all necessary treatments. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry to your appointment, but there will be a little jewelry dish provided if needed.

We understand that emergencies come up, but we ask that you give us a 4-hour notice of any changes or cancelations. If less than a 4-hour notice is given, we charge half of the rate for the service scheduled. For no-shows, we charge the entire rate for the service scheduled.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call us at (515) 650-3352 and we will make adjustments if possible so that you may still enjoy all of the time scheduled for your service. Please keep in mind that every treatment is different and adjustments cannot always be made.

All appointments must be reserved with a credit card number and payment will be made at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card payments including Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard for all services and gratuity. Gratuity is not included in treatment prices. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuity may be given at your discretion or added to a credit card payment. We do not offer cash back, as we do not keep a cash register. Please note for any special offers, only one offer may be used for any service.

Clients must be at least 13 years of age to receive all treatments. If the client is under 18 years of age, a parent and/or guardian must be present throughout the entire service.

Our professional staff will advise you on which treatments are appropriate for you. Please inform our staff when you make your appointment if you are pregnant and/or nursing. We also offer consultations during which we can discuss any of your medical concerns to ensure a safe and effective treatment.
